F634 Teflon Lined
Specifically designed for Pregnant Liquor applications in the alumina refining industry. Material use limits wear resistance and is ideally used for high scale growth applications.
Features:
- Heavy Robust Construction.
- Full repairability with replaceable internals for significantly extended valve life.
- Virgin Teflon liner to reduce scaling and ensuring easy scale removal by disc when valve is cycled.
- Halar coated disc to further reduce scaling and providing good wear resistance.
- Uses existing F634 body design with simple modification to accept new internals.
- Standardised mounting and drive dog connection allowing direct mounting of Keystone actuators and also allows for actuator removal while valve in-line.
- Carbon steel bodies are available as an option.
