Design Features
- Body:
- 45 deg body made of cast steel ASTM A 216 Grade WCB.
- Yoke-bonnet:
- Cast Steel ASTM A 216 Grade WCB.
- Renewable seat:
- Carbon Steel ASTM A 515 Grade 60 or SAE-AISI 1020, with hardened facing:
- Stainless steel SAE-AISI 460, or
- Stellite
- Stem:
- Carbon Steel SAE-AISI 1042, Stainless Steel SAE-AISI 410 or 460
- Packing:
- PTFE or Graphite for class 150 lbs
- Graphite for class 300 and 600 lbs
- Spring washers.
- Gaskets:
- Asbestos free compressed fibre.
- Pure laminated graphite for class 150
- Spiral wound for class 300 and 600
- Operating Device:
- Handwheel
- Bevel or spur-gear
